I was inspired this morning while I had the time, to perk up the website a bit. You probably won’t notice a lot of the new stuff – it’s mostly some fine tune gadgetry on my end but rest assured… it’s neat stuff to help bring you the best in this website. Of course well all know who the inspiration was seeing as my gadget obsessed partner rubs off on me quite often. *grin*

In attempt to make this site run faster for you, I’ve installed some new cache systems. It should speed things up a bit and help wordpress play a little nicer with my hosting server and databases. But the real shiny for you comes at the end of every post. Sharing is sexy! So at the end of every post are some sharing buttons that allow you to share the post across the web at social media sites like Twitter, MySpace and Facebook as well as sharing the link and bookmarking it. It’s quite sexy.

On my end, I installed a special gadget we’re already using on the soon to be launched website for The Nook. it’s a new way for me to see who’s visiting the page and who has recently. And wow… I didn’t expect that I was receiving so many hits via Twitter after TwitterFeed tweeted about each new post. That’s fantastic and it makes me really excited. You love me… you really love me!
