It’s been a busy past couple of weeks since it was announced that the most recently elected Lionheart Chamber of Commerce Chairman had resigned and that elections for a replacement would be held. I haven’t posted in about a week and a half. Sorry, I was kind of outrageously busy and I’m guessing I will continue to be. I’m going to have to get better about managing my time wisely. This is a difficult post for me to write, so please bear with me in case I begin to ramble. In March 2010, I went in search of land for a friend and instead, found myself instead considering getting land for myself. Last night, Lionheart Estate presented its 17th sim (16th for habitation) called Lionheart Vitani. Vitani has a country road which is the first one of it’s kind (and thus called Route 1), and will be part of the proposed country road / highway network across the whole continent as it continues to grow. Parcels located at this highway / country road will also be part of an innovation: The new zoning category Mixed Use.
